Refunds and Return Policies

Refunds

Refunds on Sale Items or Orders with Discount Codes

  • All items purchased with discount codes or during sale periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


Refunds on any Trading Card Game product

  • All Trading Card Game products including Singles, Sealed Merchandise or Graded Cards are not eligible for refunds, unless they arrived not as described.


Refunds on Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled during release week.


Refunds on Regular Priced Orders

  • Refunds to the original form of payment are available if the order has not been fulfilled or processed yet.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or altered.

Returns

Returns on Regular Priced Orders

Returns are rarely issued, and this is specifically because of the issues that can arise in the collectibles industry with product swapping & fakes being sent back to us.

  • Returns/refunds are not accepted for the following:

    • Trading card game (TCG) products
      • Singles, Sealed, Graded Cards, etc.
    • Opened products
    • Items with manufacturing defects
  • For all other items, contact support@opcardgames.com to request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery only if there is something wrong with your item. Most damages are going to fall under our shipping policies & insurance coverage.


Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us at support@opcardgames.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If you did not pay for insurance you are only covered up to $100. If you paid for additional coverage you will be compensated for the full amount if stolen or damaged in transit.
  • Important Notes:
    • Refunds, store credit, or exchanges are not provided for ripped boxes. This is a common occurrence due to shipping directly from manufacturers such as Pokémon & Bandai.

Price Adjustments

  • We do not offer price adjustments for pre-order items that lower in price and we apologize for this inconvenience.

Additional Information

  • Store credit is non-transferable.
  • Policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • No exceptions will be made to the policies outlined above.
