Shipping Fees & Delivery

For orders containing TCG singles only

  • Singles Orders >$200 CAD subtotal will be FREE with tracking from UPS or Canada Post & $100 of free insurance included. 
  • Singles Orders <$200 subtotal will be $9.99 with tracking from UPS or Canada post & $100 of free insurance included.
  • Untracked singles orders in the Letter Mail will be $2.99 (I highly advise against using letter mail for precious cardboard! If you do not see this option at checkout its because I'm concerned about Canada Post's strikes & would rather you not lose mail)
    • We have had instances of customers not receiving letter mail for up to a month. It is non-trackable, non-insurable and we cant offer replacements or refunds if lost or damaged.

 

For all other merchandise (Sealed TCG product, Supplies, Vinyl Figures, etc.)

  • Orders > $200 CAD subtotal will be FREE with tracking from UPS or Canada Post & $100 of insurance included.
  • Orders < $200 subtotal will be $16.99 with tracking from UPS or Canada post & $100 of free insurance included.

Additional Insurance (Recommended for orders over $100)

Disclaimer: Whenever you order and have some form of tracked shipping you are guaranteed $100 of FREE insurance. By adding additional insurance for any amount over $100 you are limiting your total loss in the event of a package theft, damage & potential loss. My advice is to always pay the insurance recommended at checkout.

  • Insurance cost is a % of total order cost and calculates at prior to checkout

If you do not pay for additional insurance prior to checkout we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods while they are in transit, and we apologize for this.

Local Delivery & Pickup in Dartmouth/Halifax

  • Local delivery within our distance boundary is $4.99 or FREE when subtotal is over $99.99. Unfortunately all orders beyond this distance will be shipped using the prices as above. We are working on improving local services.
  • Local pickup is FREE however we do not offer it as a regularly occurring service. The only place we offer pickups is at Tuesday One Piece Locals in Halifax (you must be registered and playing), or at the AMG collectibles card show (schedule posted online).

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Canadian Orders: Delivery within 2–10 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

Important:

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout on Shopify & 3rd party sales channels (eBay, Instagram, Shop App, etc.) only account for courier transit and do not include order processing times.
  • OP Card Games is not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays outside our control.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, in addition to shipping times, but I try to ship items out next day, sometimes same day!
  • During sales and release periods, please allow for extended processing times.

Shipping Locations

  • OP Card Games ships Canada-wide only.
  • Local pickup is available in Dartmouth/Halifax NS (within a certain boundary set. If you do not see the option, unfortunately you are not in range)

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Package Protection: All tracked orders are covered for $100 of their value for FREE. Stolen, Lost or Damaged packages are only covered beyond $100 if you've selected & paid for insurance at checkout. Untracked letter mail & packages without tracking are not eligible for coverage, and protection fees will be refunded.
  • If your protected package does not arrive, contact support@opcardgames.com to file a claim.
    • Replacements are offered for missing items, and refunds are provided only if the item is out of stock.
  • In the event you do not pay for tracking/insurance we are not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen goods

Important Notes:

  • OP Card Games is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer (you will have to notify us and update your address listed in your profile)
  • A single replacement will be provided for eligible claims. Customers are responsible for ensuring the reshipment is delivered safely (e.g., rerouting packages, ensuring someone is home to receive the delivery).

Combining Orders

  • Currently we are unable to combine orders due to potential insurance conflicts.
