How we describe card condition
- NM
Near Mint
Looks like it just came out of a pack. No visible wear, scratches or bends. A tiny edge fleck at most.
- LP
Lightly Played
Minor wear such as light edge whitening or a few small surface scratches. No creases.
- MP
Moderately Played
Clear wear: noticeable whitening, scuffs or minor edge dings. May have a light bend.
- HP
Heavily Played
Heavy wear: significant whitening, creases or surface damage, but the card is intact.
- DMG
Damaged
Major damage such as tears, water damage, heavy creasing, writing or missing pieces.

Sending your items
How to send your items safely
Packing checklist
- Sleeve every single card, and put your more valuable cards in top loaders.
- Pack them snugly in a box or team bag so nothing slides around.
- Use a rigid box or a padded mailer. Never send loose cards in an envelope.
- Include a note with your name and the email you used on the request form.
- Ship with tracking and keep your receipt until we confirm arrival.
Prefer to hand it over?
Meet us in person, for example at a card show, and we can go through your items together.
Fully insure your package
Please fully insure your package when you ship it to us. We're not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

How do I get an instant quote?

What if my items aren't in the portal?
Use the request form on this page. Tell us what you have and we'll review it and email you a personal offer.
How accurate is the estimator?
It gives a range based on the prices in our store. Your final offer depends on the condition of your items and current demand, and we confirm it after we've reviewed your request.
Can I choose cash, store credit, or both?
Yes. Pick your preference in the estimator and it will be included with your request. You can also split the payout between cash and credit.
Do you take large collections?
Yes. Choose Collections & bulk in the request form and tell us as much as you can, including a link to photos if you have them.
Am I committed once I send a request?
No. A request is just a way to get an offer. You can decide whether to go ahead once you've seen it.
Who's responsible if my package is lost or damaged?
Please fully insure your package when you ship it to us. We're not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
