SHIPPING POLICY & FEES
Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, anywhere in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order subtotal & product type.
Tracked shipments have $100 of free insurance coverage. Orders exceeding this amount will have the option to purchase additional coverage.
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION (WHEN APPLICABLE)
Pre-order items ship once they arrive in stock with us. We'll email you as soon as your order ships. Pre-orders cannot be canelled during release week.
ORDER PICKUP POLICY
Where local pickup is offered, choose it at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect. We do not offer pickups at our store location as it is residential.
