Thinking of trading in your TCG cards or collectibles? This page covers everything you need to know before sending your items in. From condition requirements and accepted items to how to properly package and ship your trade-ins, we’re here to make the process smooth and transparent. Please read carefully to ensure a successful transaction.
What we buy
- English Pokémon singles from any set
- One Piece singles (use our instant buylist portal for the fastest quote)
- Factory-sealed product: booster boxes, ETBs, decks and packs
- Japanese Pokémon and One Piece singles and sealed product
- Graded cards from PSA, BGS, CGC and other graders
- Collections and bulk, accessories and other Pokémon and One Piece items
What we don't buy
- Proxies, counterfeits or custom prints. Authentic cards only.
- Resealed or tampered sealed product. Sealed product must be factory sealed.
- Other card games, unless they're part of a larger collection. Ask us first.
How trade-ins work
- Choose your path. One Piece singles go through our instant buylist portal. Everything else goes through the request form on our Sell Your Cards page. For sealed product and Japanese singles you can also email buylist@opcardgames.com.
- Get your offer. We review your request and email you a personal offer. Estimates are a range, not a promise.
- Send your items. Once you're happy with the offer, ship your items to us or hand them over in person, for example at a card show.
- We check your items. Your final offer is based on our own condition check and current demand.
- Get paid. Choose cash, store credit, or a mix of both. Store credit is often a stronger offer than cash.
Card condition
We describe singles using our TCG Singles Condition Guide: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played and Damaged. Not sure which fits? Pick the closest one or tell us what you see. Sealed product must be factory sealed.
Packing and shipping
- Sleeve every single card, and put your more valuable cards in top loaders.
- Pack them snugly in a box or team bag so nothing slides around.
- Use a rigid box or a padded mailer. Never send loose cards in an envelope.
- Include a note with your name and the email you used on the request form.
- Ship with tracking and keep your receipt until we confirm arrival.
Please fully insure your package when you ship it to us. We're not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
